We make every effort to display product colors, sizes and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see matches the product exactly. Prices and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 90-day money-back guarantee, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Product use

Choose the size according to your pet's chest measurement and check the fit before every walk. Always supervise your pet while wearing the harness and never leave it on unattended. Only carry light walk essentials in the backpack (treats, poop bags, keys).

7. Third-party services

Payments and some site features are provided by third parties such as Shopify and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Fluffly or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
